Refund policy

Returns & Physical Goods Policy We take pride in every stitch. Please review our return terms for our physical products:

• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Eligibility: To be eligible, your crochet item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• No COD Refunds: As we do not accept Cash on Delivery, all refunds will be processed back to the original prepaid payment method (Bank Account/Card/UPI) used at checkout. We do not offer cash refunds.
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, please email anjubaid54@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
