Handcrafted Production & Delivery Thank you for supporting Chroshay.com. Because every item is individually crocheted by hand, our shipping process differs from mass-produced stores.

• Payment Requirement: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Production begins only after successful online payment.
• Handcrafting Timeline: Please allow 10 to 15 business days for your order to be handcrafted and prepared for dispatch. We do not rush this process to ensure the highest quality.
• Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer Free Shipping on all orders over 2000. For orders below this amount, a standard delivery fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  
• Tracking: Once your handmade item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Loss/Damage: Chroshay is not liable for items lost by the carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
• Incorrect Address: Please ensure your address is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping costs.
